Dianoga Days and Batman 425

If it seems like lately all I do is build Lego, well…you’re not wrong. My previous building table and area was such a mess that I kind of drifted away from it, but I love my new space. It also helps that Becky’s had a lot of grading to do lately, which means I get out of her way by going upstairs and rattling bricks.

Here are two models I finished this weekend. The first is, by far, the stupidest Lego model I’ve ever done, and it’s called “Dianoga Days” because some days you’re the stormtrooper and some days you’re the dianoga.

The second is slightly more ambitious. It’s a recreation of a page from Batman #425, which is Chris Sims’ favorite comic book. Here’s the original page:

What’s next? Well, first, a lot of sorting. Then maybe a plain ol’ swooshable spaceship and a beloved (to me) character.
